Tumbling Chocolate

Julian Rose has been tumbling chocolate to delicately coat every imaginable variety of fruits and nuts for more than 20 years. Everyone openly admits, Julian is the best. He has been searching for six years to find cacao beans to tumble and coat with chocolate made from those same beans. After tasting h Fortunato No. 4 beans Julian said, “these are probably the best cacao beans in 150 years.” Then he tasted chocolate made from these Pure Nacional beans “my six-year search is over.” he said.
