World renown pastry chef Franz Ziegler resides just outside Zurich, Switzerland. He consults with and advises the world’s best chocolate makers, teaches pastry chefs, and is an award-winning author. Four of his books are best sellers. His latest book, “Magic Marzipan,” was awarded The Best Dessert Book in the World 2010.”
